We want to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's how shipping works when you order from havelparts.com.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Special-order or custom-configured items may require additional lead time; we will contact you with an estimated ship date if this applies to your order.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout where offered.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after your order ships, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our facility, but we are happy to help you file a claim if a package is lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Frank@havelparts.com or (316) 249-6730, and keep all original packaging so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
